· Plane ending Flush joint, Male-Female joint, Spigot & Socket joint types are all available.

· MS Sheet/Plate, Angle/Flat, Tie-Rods, Nut-Bolts, and MS Fabricated Rings are all included in the moulds.

· All moulds are made according to Indian Standard.

· There are two lengths available: 2 meter & 2.5-meter length is available as per IS 458 & Customer Requirement

 Manufacturing Process of RCC Pipes

 

 

◙ Cages/reinforcement/jali are made as per IS:458

◙ Mould release agent is applied properly inside the mould and  reinforcement are kept inside mould and are assembled with end-rings & tie-rod

◙ Assembled mould are place for spinning machine with help of Chain-pulley or Electric Hoist.

◙ Concrete is made in mixture machine as per mix design and is placed at both end of mould opening.

◙ Initially spinning machine started at low RPM and concrete is poured inside mould from both end. RPM is controlled with the help of gearbox, reaves gears.

◙ Due to centrifugal force concrete get flung evenly inside mould and extra water get squeezed resulting very dense, waterproof, strong pipe.

◙ After inside finishing of pipes  are placed aside for setting. Generally it takes 24 hours to set the concrete.

◙ After ensuring proper setting mould are opened and pipes are put for curing.

 

◙ 7-21 days pipe are cured and then are siding is done. After this pipe are ready for dispatch.

Product Details:

The Reinforced cage is first prepared on the collapsible reinforcing machine by hand process. The cage is then placed inside the pipe mould, which is then hoisted up and mounted horizontally on the Runner machine. It is rotated by 'speed variater Machine. The rotation is kept slow in the beginning and then the speed is increased. The concrete mixture is prepared material by mixing cement stone, metal and sends respectively. The cement concrete is fed into the moulds during rotation, which spreads inside evenly. The time required for completion of this operation depends upon the diameter and class of the pipe. The pipes are kept mould for 24 hours. On the following day the pipes are removed from the moulds and submersed in water in the curing tank for about 15-20 days depending upon the class of the pipe
